bad customer service.bought an office chair for RM 198 and arm was broken in 4 days without over usage.Called the manager in charge to ask if can request to change but was told not possible as it‘s considered „ cheap“ and got no warranty as RM1000+++ chair.Was promised in a 2nd call to replace the arm for rm 20 but got no response from the manager after whats app and a few calls.Went to different smaller shop in KB and got lower price and told the experience that i had.They said they could replace the chair if it‘s within 7 days.So yes i would never go to this perabot shop anymore as they are only interested to deal with big customers with big orders.What a dissapointment!
