Great doctors as explain everything with care and patience. But a lot of ppl need wait longer but worth it as great services provided. Also there's hospital nearby. But equipment need more or upgrade as need to move here and there to get it. (Examples X-ray) Also parking is quite hassles. As only few provided.

Thank you Dr Ooi and to all the staff of Cuddles for taking such good care of our furbaby Patch during his surgery and post surgery care. Even though we had so many questions and concerns about his condition, they were patient and assisted us with everything and quickly informed us of any issues. Good facility and clean place, even with the extra medical attention, the price was super reasonable. Highly recommend!

Brought my cat Caramel here several times for check up and treatment. He also got his booster (neuter) here. Caramel was doing all good during his post-neuter and less in a week he get active as usual! I was so happy! Dr Ooi did such a great job and the price here is very very affordable compared to some clinics. Also for my second furbaby Yuna, brought her for fungal treatment and doctors recommended me all the medication needed. In 2 weeks Yuna was all fungal-free! Caramel & Yuna also got their deworm & vaccination here. Yuna got his vaccine with Dr.Jimmy. Doctors here are very helpful & never gets tired of explaining everything we need to know. Very recommended!

The vet was thorough, patient and friendly! I've met some very dismissive doctors but he took the time to ask me a questions and explored possible issues and solutions. The place is clean and the price is reasonable too.
