We had an above average experience here. Nice staff, with big potential to improve quite a bit. All staff seems always a bit busy with everything else ... than the guests. The only really negative point is the time the coffee needs to be served for breakfast; you easily finished the breakfast before seeing your cup of coffee. 😬

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful time away from the busy city life, well this is the place. Everything here is made happen to take your stress away. From the reception, the buggy rides, the breakfast, the spa and most of all, The Horizon, are specifically designed to show you the best side of Langkawi. The room was awesome. We even had a last minute honeymoon request, and they managed to make it happen. The breakfast, was exceptionally delicious. A wide variety of delicacies. Breakfast was practically like lunch to us. Certainly a good way to start your day. All in all, i highly recommend this resort if serenity and calmness is what you are looking for. Although the price is a bit on the high side, you will quickly realize it is worth every penny. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Got a free upgrade to junior suite for our 3 days here. Everything is top class from the facilities to friendly staffs, beautiful infinity pool and cloud-like bed. Kudos to the staffs who made us feel like home. We tried both Horizon and The Grill restaurants and we absolutely love its ambience (great sunset view) and food tastes.

Great hotel property on the island. Service is top notch, villas are beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. The Thai cuisine at the Horizon bar and restaurant is also well crafted and delicious. All the staff take care of attention to detail in their very own way. It maybe a little pricey, but you get what you're paying for.
