Very good place per pricing. Luke is so lovely, not too nosey, not too rude. 3 cute little pups and love-hungry cat in the space. Stayed here for a night, bed was ok and clean, place needs a lot of work although according to room price it's perfect right now.
Stayed here for over a month, friendly staff and owner, comfortable and quiet atmosphere, nearby to restaurants and cafe and beach, glad I found this place

Fell in Love with the Salad and Mac & Cheese...
One of the friendliest place to stay. All the people I met were very helpful and polite. Its also suitable for budget travelers. The location in a area where you can have the access of budget meal. Recommended for budget travelers.
Great value in AC dorm room.
Stayed here twice for total of 3 nights. Great people good air conditioning, central location. For the price I recommend staying here. Access is great and the place is safe and secure.
Say hi to the very cute small dogs.
