Pastry Pro supplies fresh products and that is guaranteed. Also, the friendly service from their staff. However, I am a bit doubtful with the weight esp when they repacked into small package. For example, I bought 400gm of nuts and they weighed the nuts with the bag. Meaning I get at least 3-4gm less than what I have paid. I hope they read this and make improvements.

I buy here since many years. The selection of flour and seeds and nuts is great. But the started to pack up in fancier bags and that lifts the prices. Not a good idea. But now as I see the management response I am thrilled to get the same service and prices again. Thanks guys see you soon

Lots of hard to find items, like raw nuts and quality baking ingredients. Bulk cheese if in stock. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wholesaler servicing and supplying the resorts. Has all bakery items such as nuts, flours, proving agents and dried fruits. Has commercially produced breads and pastries plus high end juices for breakfast. Commercial baking hardware (trays, tins, moulds etc) also available.

If you bake this is heaven for ingredients. I do not bake but bought unsalted hazelnuts and dark chocolate. They have coffee beans too
