The Bed Attitude in Kuah is one of the best hostels I know in South East Asia! It’s a place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and in general a beautiful view, to rest and to hang out with nice people! It’s a clean and modern hostel with a lovely and helpful staff and just good vibes! Thanks for the nice stay 🌞

A lovely hostel with warm and welcoming staff. I only stayed one night before getting a ferry but wish I had stayed longer. Beds are very comfortable but I think a little shelf per bed would be useful to put things on. The free breakfast is a nice touch too and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance from the hostel.

Booked for 3 MYR but at check in they asked me 15 MYR (for make me a favor), it is not about the money but I made this booking 10 days in advance and they could have sent an email explaining the problem and making the offer without make it look they were helping me... The place is nothing special, staff doesn't care if people do respect the rules or not so you'll find someone smoking outside the door of the dorm and talk at the phone at 3AM leaving the dorm room open, dirty mugs all around the common area that is way to small to be enjoyable, the lift worked once and you have to climb 3 floors to get at the reception... I didn't enjoy my stay at all but as I am doing the same business I won't leave a vote that will be bad for their rating but I do hope that this review help them start caring about the place more because it can be a nice hostel.

This is a nice place to stay near the ferry station. You are far from everywhere else so you will need to rent a scooter or a car. Scooters are 30 or 35 and the cheapest car is 70 if I recall (Malaysian). You need a license that shows you can ride a motorcycle for the scooter. For the car a regular license is fine. I found it easy to round people up and share the cost of the car as many guests stay here.

I've been to a few backpacker hostel before, not much, but none will request us to put on our own linen. Staff attitude is ok, but smoke at the staircase at night. The location is good,with a night market nearby but we are not allow to eat inside, where anyway we did ate on the floor or if not where else are we going g to eat stuff we bought from night market....
