It's small bus station but better than expected. But there is a lot of shops around it. So waiting it not a problem here.
The only down thing is you could miss the bus. Make sure to ask the person at ticket counter for the bus detail. The bus can't enter the station as its small and only available to car parking.
The buses stop at the main road side. So keep your eye watch for your bus. Else for sure you will miss it
Still got mini convenience store around there, GRAB service to KTM Gurun or other destination, mini stall for drinks, n choice of ticket counter.. but safety for express bus to park really need to be improve/upgrade..
