The only branch on the campus, located at the Unilag consult building, opposite University of Lagos International school, DLI road.
Fun fact - First bank is the very first banking institution in Africa, hence the name.
This First Bank branch is just like the other branches – the customer service is great with enough chairs and staff, there are enough tellers to make banking easy, and there are three ATMs outside for convenient withdrawals and other transactions. The banking hall is not fully air-conditioned however.
The entrances are wheelchair accessible and there is no visible car park. You can park at the lot beside the bank. Great bank though.
It's a very good bank in university of Lagos, fast in network services both banking hall and ATM, nice view both inside even their restrooms as well. And they know how to satisfy their customers without keeping them standing. I was privilege to be there once and presently there but can't enter inside because of weekend. Indeed it's one of the best bank in university of Lagos Nigeria. There is wheelchair accessibility as well.
Banking here is smooth and swift, except for the insufficient ATMs and the long queues for the same ATMs. Overall rating is good. Eficient staff too. 👍
Beautiful inside and lovely service. For a while I thought I was in another bank.
