If there was a no star option, i would prefer that. Customer service at the italian embassy Lagos is the worst i have ever spoken to. I asked a simple question, if an Italian citizen, resident in Germany and still invite family members to Italy and the answer was, YOU ARE TRYING TO CHEAT US!!!! I was like hold it right there!!! I asked you a question. Its yes or no, with an explanation. That's all. Please train you staff!!!

I have submitted my application via VFS since on the 6th of April 2017 and I was told it will take 15working days and I am yet to receive a respond from the embassy till today,please help me look into it here is my passport number A05700396
