Ponle branch Observation TV not working no apologies, even the operator is pretending as if he just noticed the TV isn’t working after serving others before us. The guy is so amateur we don’t need to question him to know. Took 4 hours complete a pelvic ultrasound scan, he can’t even pin point properly perhaps it’s why he disconnected the observation TV completely. Customer service is dead its almost like; take a bow if you can’t wait, check your receipt the payment is non-refundable. I won’t advice anyone else to use On-George for any scanning services. No value for money at all...
