I think the concept is nice and having a cinema close to the area is such a nice idea but they are under utilizing the place.
Should I say they are not marketing the place enough or they are just comfortable.
Whichever way, it should be improved.
It has a mall, a diner you can get decent meals from. Not the 5 star dishes but it digests properly. Experience was a good one
A very nice modern day mall located in this part of town. It is the first of its kind in this part of Lagos. 3 DOTs KITCHEN & FILM WORLD CINEMAS are located at the mall. A hair saloon and a shopping mall are also located within. They have a parking space enough for about twenty (20) cars. The security here is cool. The mall is easily accessible as it is just by the road side.

Kaf mall is located in a central place that has no traffic at all even during peak hours.
The elevator doesn't work. Can this be looked into? Better yet, a sticker that says why the elevator isn't in use be posted on the door to let customers be aware of the situation.
Kaf mall is great for friends to chill and catch up.
