I stayed in the 10k/night room, so I know I shouldn't expect much right ?. But the basic things ain't done well, the A/C was more like fan. The bathroom wasn't neat, U can still see the brown ring at the water level of the toilet, meaning they didnt wash it after the last guest exited; and the towel they kept for the guest was dirty. No soap, no tooth paste, so if u didn't come with these things u would be stranded. I hope they really improve b/c their customer service ain't cool at all. Then they even gave out my room even after i had paid for the room. I had to wait for someone to vacate a room. U can imagine the to and fro calls inbetween all of these.
