I've been to all the Fine Brother's shops in Portharcourt and I've bought their phones too. The prices are affordable for some brands of phone. Not all. You find cheaper phones elsewhere too. Their Artillery shop is very strategic and easy to find. Unfortunately with the present ongoing bridge construction access is a bit restricted and some part of the shop has been affected by the road expansion. Im unaware of business is currently going on there. The one at Portharcourt Mall is the first shop on the left as you enter the Mall. I've bought two phones from the shop and they have friendly sales reps. They almost convinced me to change my mind and get a different phone. Lol... They know their phones though. I think they're trained to understand how every phone works in other to explain better to their customers. So I score them well for that.
