Very efficient service - expect to get your meal within 15 minutes tops. Food in the Chinese restaurant is decent and nicely priced. Overall, good value for money. Recommended for families, couples or anyone looking to get a decent meal at a fair price.
I feel relaxed
Chinese Restaurant: Seemed understaffed for the number of guests they had to attend to. Could count 2 guys shuttling between taking orders, serving guests, billing and being at the counter.
Service was delayed/poor. Served half-and-half...had to stand up to go request cutlery and wares that should have accompanied our starters(meals) when we were served.
Didn't use wine glasses for our wine which is something I'm very particular about.
In short, it was almost frustrating.
On the flip side, the decor wasn't as bad as I saw in old pictures. I liked the seats.
Important memo: the main(native) restaurant doesn't open on Sundays.
The service is good and fast. Environment is clean and convenient. The setting is good and well air conditioned.
Toilet is clean and neat. Thumbs up. Covid rules are followed to an extent.
Chinese restaurant is on last floor
Extra ordinary tasty meals, just as you would have desire it, a home away from home with quality customer service. The ambiance is none to compere with. When ever you visit Portharcourt give it a try to enjoy the amazing meal taste that is served with a smile
