A tertiary educational institution (polytechnic) in Ibadan. It covers quite a great landmass with the potency to develop more than it currently is. A host of courses are offered there ranging from the Arts, sciences and social sciences with all their varied specialties. Good enough, new infrastructures are Springing up, however, many buildings still need better touch to enhance its conduciveness as a place of study. There are banks, a central library clinic, churches, etc. to take care of other aspects of the human needs.
You can navigate through Dugbe, Aleshinloye, Mokola Roundabout and Sango. But sango is easier when going to the Polytechnic.
The road is good. With the bridge that was completed along the road some months ago, there is smooth traffic on the road.
It is both easy for those who disabled and abled bodies to navigate. Proper transportation system.
