Lovely place but Maintenance very poor, poor staffing, unfriendly staff. Mosquito in all the rooms we took, air conditioner not working and the service boys are very rude

So far,my experience has been pleasant. Courteous staff, respond promptly to complaint. Room is spacious with all amenities working. Prices reasonable and affordable

Horrible service from the receptionist. I've never met a receptionist so rude all my life. I had to leave for some other hotel with a better service. The business owner had better check the receptionist or watch his hotel lose customers. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Reading through the review, i notice some other customers have had this same horrible service from the receptionist. Sad! 21.11.2020, 10pm
