At evening always busy wit traffic

One way to go from the mainland to the island. However, it's very crowded, dirty and filthy. Hooligans can also harass you there if you're not well covered. Wouldn't recommend as a feasible route unless on Sundays in daylight.

Structure still firm and accessible. But maintenance has to be done. The Carter Bridge sign has to be put up.

Good Road Network from the Mainland of Lagos to the Island of Lagos. The bridge is one of the 4 routes apart from the 3rd mainland bridge to link the Island of Lagos State Nigeria. It has been well maintained for several years now. Was well constructed and designed to meet usage standards of Lagosians.
