This place is hell on earth...the staffs are mannerless.. the talk to people anyhow.. I regret coming here ooo.. we come here everyday by 4am but nobody will be attend to except you have a connection with someone on the inside

The service was very poor, in the sense that MTN Itself could not attend to their numerous costumers that came with different issues . I had to go to their two offices without solution.

Slow customer service, poor crowd control. Just a place you won't like to be. I stood in line for over two hours. I couldn't even wait for my turn so i just went home😒
