Neat, comfortable with a team of hospitable staff. I fully recommend Hotel De genesy to anyone in Ikom or on holiday to Ikom.
Great place but management and services poor
Very good
The hotel is quite nice, the standards rooms to the executive room , royal suite and executive suite are spacious and clean. Food from restaurant takes a little bit over an hour to be prepared and delivered.
Pricing is okay.
Air Conditioning works from 7PM till 7AM. Then you have the fan and sockets working.
They need to work on their no refunds policy also. If you are staying in the standard and executive room wing/section, brace yourself for loud music from the bar during weekends.
Hotel is always busy during weekends also
