Services are terribly poor at the Katsina-Ala FirstBank! There are sufficient ATM machines but not many always hold cash for dispensing. There's therefore, intense pressure, as several customers are forced standing on long queues. Bank workers are insufficient in number and as a result, too small to serve the teeming customers satisfactorily, as it is the only bank within all of Katsina-Ala local government! 😢🤔 Bank opens as late as 9 a.m., instead of the 8 O'clock that it's supposed to be. Customers have to crowd around, already waiting... It's a survival of the fittest kind of situation! Unsteady power supply... No seats for customers' relaxation while waiting...
