Locally made boats, can ferry across but the ferry service needs more infrastructure to make it safer. Loading and unloading cars can be a bit wobbly with the use of very basic technology (planks for drive on and drive off).
Journey is considerably shorter to Buruku from Makurdi or Gboko by the Ferry, so its worth the money (1200-1500 naira)
The operators are so insulting to customers.
