Awada Primary School

Awada primary school...my alma mata. A.k.a 'umu ota aki'. Loved it back then... Got well/hard trained then.

The total area in review here consist of both the Primary Section and the Secondary Section. The Primary Section is known as Awada Primary School while the Secondary Section is known as the Awada Secondary School. They both share the playground field. The number of teachers employed is small compared to the number of students that attends the school, so I really doubt the impact of their teaching since the number of students can actually affect even the output of the world best teachers. However, they should be commended for carrying out this herculean task of educating the future generations. The students on their own should be commended for learning in a crowded environment. The security of the place is quite commendable, with the security men being very active in the discharge of their duties. I really have to commend them. Also, I would like to mention that the environment where the school is located is really cool and it has a very high sanitation standard. The structure of this school presently cannot carry the number of students that makes use of it. Most of the buildings generally need a new look, which should include painting and refittings. Also, a makeshift structure where some students do receive their classes should be destroyed and upgraded by the government as it does not protect the students from the heat of the sun, nor the rains. Finally, a better Administration office should be built with an adequate staff room. If these are done, then the school can be a 5 star school. Note: Kudos to all the great brains that graduated from the school.

Very cool and nice place, covered with fence, intelligent teachers, huge compound, its a government school but its good for children to attend, goog grades during WAEC
