Good news there is a payment machine available now, so you can pay your bills by yourself and it reflects instantly.
A bit lousy just like most government offices, opens late(8:40am still closed) their cashier always have story to tell why you can’t pay there but at the bank.
The customer service staff resolves/ tries to resolve issues but you need patience to tolerate how they do there job.
First make them feel important then they will assist.
It’s best you park outside the premises as almost all the lot inside are reserved.
It’s necessary I visit because their bills never reflect the last paid else I won’t ever come back.
The contact number has not been connecting. Please change it. There is a house opposite No 3 dep street, off IBB Boulevard Maitama Abuja. that waste water virtually every day water is gushing from the house from morning till night all through the year and the gate is always locked so we do not know who lives there. Kindly address the wastage please
There is no water since 3days now at utako along caramel area from 4th December this is very very poor
Fairly okay service, poor parking space, untidy environment.
