Use DHL or fedex, The same item shipped from Fedex No duties charge but UPS will charge Admin and duty on every little thing they touch up in the thousands or naira

Not impressed with their Enugu operations. I had a parcel arrive from Lagos, they called to inform me about the arrival and promised to deliver to my home as stipulated in the contract and they didn't. Had to go to the office to pick it up because I was leaving town. Their office to my home is hardly a 7mins drive.
