A very good place or Cathedral to worship in the Catholic Diocese of Awgu. It has a very large compound and a big rectory behind it and looking from the road. It is centre of worship for all the Catholic parishes, priests and peoples of Awgu and their Bishop, Most Rev. John Okoye who is the present bishop as at May 2019. The compound has a very cool atmosphere. It has a convenience for both men and women though convenience may not be accessible to those on wheelchair. The church has wheelchair accessible parking lot and wheelchair accessible entrance. Some of the workers live there in the place like their quarters.

Awesome experience. It is the mother church of the catholicians in Awgu diocese. It has a very calm and controlled environment.

St Michael's Cathedral is warmly and has a nice scenery... Pretty big. There is the real presence for adoration. Weekly confession, and consultation. The daily communal Holy Hour just before morning Mass attest to the growing Eucharistic spirituality of the Community... A place to be...
