Built on the hilly edges of Nri gives St. Peter's Catholic Church, Nri, such a wonderful and awesome scenery to behold. It's hilltop position makes it a good point of observation and viewing point of the hilly scenario. It's a beautiful panorama!

St. Peter's Catholic Church, Nri is the first Catholic parish in Nri.Looking old and was built on a hilly ground.I loved the environment because there was an accessibility path in the church's compound.

This Church is situated on the side of Nri Town called Ebede in Akamkpisi Village. It has a Primary School called Ebede Primary School, Nri. The school land was given to the White Priest called, Rev Fr. Lidan in 1944 by the Villagers. It is a Catholic school. The Church has a Rectory and a New Chapel. The Church has a New Office Block under construction. There is also a nice external Water Closet for convenience. There is also a road beside the Church that leads down the hill to a small market called "Ogini-na-ese market."
