GIG is one of the best logistics and transport company, they are very organised, efficient and pay attention to details. Recently though, they haven't been in my good books. I had a terrible experience with one of their drivers. He was so rude and lacks proper knowledge on customer service. I was really pressed and needed to ease myself, and he stopped in a public place! Fully aware that I'm a lady. When I complained about where he stopped, know what he said? He told me to squat behind the bus! He was not apologetic, neither was he understanding. In my opinion, he's a completely horrible peron! Also, their seats are so uncomfortable!

Well coordinated and time conscious...how do I know? I missed my 5:20am bus cause I got there by 6am. Lol

Great organization for a motor park. Room for improvement needed as relate to customer service at the desk though, but, overall, a well organized set up!

Excellent busses, but they don't travel according to time stipulated, you get fined if you are late, and they don't compensate if they are late.
