A private partnership participation multipurpose shopping mall built to supplement the popular ancient steel and spare parts major market in South West Nigeria. The complex is built on a landed property belonging to the erstwhile popular Nigerian Television for Africa in Ibadan. The complex is built directly opposite Oyo State Government House, bound on the west by the NTA itself and on the right by the Agodi prison and a police Station. It is a safe environment to carry out transactions.
