Precious Palm Royal Hotel

It is located in an easily accessible place. The environment is quite serene. If you take a lot of pictures like me, there are actually beautiful designs. The customer service is not perfect but hey, they're human. Their food are relatively cheap but they take a lot of time to be prepared. I can't say much about the hotel rooms but from the other reviews, I don't think I'd want to find out.

it was an okay experience...

One of the hotels I'll never use again. It has a sense of luxury and class, but in reality, it's just a facade. The rooms are super expensive, yet substandard. I stayed there for 7 days and spend over 140k for hotel fees. Their food is quite expensive too and poorly prepared. I stopped ordering kitchen services after the second day. Nothing seemed to work here. If the light is not faulty, the AC would, or the bathroom tap would. Each day, some new faults must come up. The hotel staff are super rude too. Only one guy - the receptionist - has good friendly spirit. He went all way to ensure I had a "manageable" stay. It was a waste of money, I must say that. I've stayed in hotels of 5k, 7k, 10k, 15k, 20k, 52k, or even more, per night and had awesome memories. Here, I spent 20k per night each for a whole week because I was stuck to them due to my conference. I signed in with my babe from the first night. She has to leave later. One of the silly staff accused her of killing me and trying to leave. Please who does that? Even after she signed in with me as a co-habitant of the room. If at all it was for security purpose, the right thing to do was to call me and confirm if I knew about her leaving. But instead, she was detained like a suspected and tagged murderer. I "changed" it for them though later when I found out. That was too insulting and embarrassing. I couldn't bear it. It was the height of stupidity. God knows nothing can make me spend a night in this hotel again. Nope. Not in this lifetime.
