Just had our wedding so must of the wedding party were here for a while. All the staff were so helpful and professional. Really a 5* hotel. Very clean and beautiful. The breakfast spread is amazing. We shall be coming back here and we'll surely recommend

Good rooms and ambiance, courteous staff and impressive welcome. Quick to correct errors (had an experience that was attended to quickly). Simply comfortable...but the bathrooms are pretty cramped, neat but tight. Breakfast buffet was not impressive, limited variety. Overall; Nice place to stay, and layover(close to the airport).

This has got to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Excellent rooms. Great service. Breakfast buffet is great. Their receptionists are helpful. Right next door to cubana and other good social spots restaurants, supermarkets, etc

Before arriving at the hotel, I sent a mail requesting for confirmation of my reservation, unfortunately it was never replied or attended to. When I came to the hotel, I sought to know why my mail was not replied, I was shocked to hear that they saw the mail and forgot to reply it! While at the reception, I stood for close to 45minutes at the reception before I was attended to and checked in. I was practically screaming to be attended to. Also, the staff are poorly trained: how can a room keeper open my door without permission to come in when I was inside? I have never experienced such before? Thirdly, I ordered for lunch and to my chagrin, the attendant brought food without cutleries after almost an hour! It took another 30minutes to get cutleries. What about the buffet? Very limited food choices and unnecessarily expensive. I am not sure I can recommend this hotel to anybody. My ten cents though.
