The people, even officers are very friendly, always. They make you feel like you are close friends. A major point is if your bank account has money that becomes stagnant, it is normal for them to let you know of a better way to make more money. It is up to you, though. That just happened to me. I have been called when something was not quite right. The con is the excess crowd inside the banking hall sometimes. Even with two branches on the same road, it's a problem. More tellers should be available to decongest the volume faster.
