Very poor customer service... Rude workers especially the Ebere girl, she's very rude to the extent she slapped my friend's hand while raising her voice on us.. Poor customer management and information. Imagine paying for a room at 2am and be told to leave at 12pm that same day all in the name of "you slept in the room" .. They are poorly trained, rude, not worth being referred to another person so they don't get to receive the same treatment my friend's and I received after paying for three rooms at 15,000 naira.. It's either they change all their staff starting from the Manager to the least rude receptionist and Ebere who snaps at everybody like they are her kids.. They insulted us saying "they are students, they cannot pay. They are broke" all because we have small body stature.. Not recommendable..
