This is a cool place for a ridiculously cheap amount-- =N=2,500 as at Dec. 2020 with state of the art appliances. The food and bar prices are also incredible-- the same with what you get in town! Power supply is 24/7. There's AC, fridge, fan, etc. The use of AC is centralised--from 10pm. Lack of maintenance seems to be the only problem I noticed here.

Beautiful location in Trans Ekulu... Close Proximity to public transport, many banks, some Churches including Catholic churches, St. Leo's Hospital, Fuel stations, and the local food vendors. Spacious parking space in the front. Spacious space in the back of the building for studying... Spacious rooms, but major issues with the conduit plumbing. There was water leaking from every part of the building literally - bathrooms, hallways, staircases etc. Walls on all 3 floors were damp and the water-logged walls had paints peeling off. Not safe for an asthmatic or anyone with allergies. There's a restaurant here, but the food sucks. Not worth it. Plus they charged N500 for hot water for tea🙆🏻‍♀️ Please find a local food vendor around. Customer service was zero!!!! They never washed my car for a day... You'd have to literally chase the housekeepers here to clean the rooms. They'd remove bedspreads and not replace them. Who does that? No hot water for bathing. There were heaters but they were non functional. You'd have to beg severally before they got you some. A friend had booked this hotel for us for an exam, but I left early for another place. Let me add that through it all though, there was constant light. If the electricity went off, the generators came on immediately. We never had a reason to complain about the light... And we got the rooms for N2,500 per night.

Very affordable. Can you believe a room per day is 2500 naira? So ridiculously cheap! The meals and drinks are also not as expensive as what you get in an eatery. Can you believe that beef is sold for 100 naira? And goat meat pepper soup is sold for 500 naira?
