Ogige market otherwise known as University Market is situated in the heart of Nsukka. It a place where buying and selling of different commodities and other services takes place. The market opens by 7am and closes 6pm everyday of the week excluding Sundays. The markets play host to popular transport companies such as Peace Mass transit, God is Good motors and a host of others there presents not forgetting the UNN shuttles.

Ogige market is ok when it comes to availability of goods ans services. You get almost everything you could ever want in a market. My only problem is the security men working there. They're so rude and not friendly. They would do anything to collect money from you. How can a security man ask for money for you to pass through a gate just because you were a few minutes late from leaving the market 😒
