Horrible customer service. ATMs rarely ever work, and when they do, you'd be lucky to get 1 working machine in a bank of 4. Its quite common to find a 10 man long queues on this single working machine on a typical day while the other machines lay useless. When i walked up to customer service to complain, the first reaction was laughter, which leads me to believe their customers no longer bother to demand better service. They just line up absent choice. In their defense, the situation is not all that different at their competition. Lokoja is without a doubt a slow city. Expect to spend 15mins minimum at any bank/atm.
