Apparently, it's an APPOINTMENT ONLY outfit. Found it on Google maps and walked in but was informed I needed to have booked an appointment. That's ok, but the man that attended to me was quite cold with bad customer relation. Left me (a first time customer) feeling very unwanted.

I wish I could bring the whole team back to NY with me! Excellent experience from beginning to end. Very luxurious 😍

Back-to-back nightmares at Nail Boutique. The first one was in Ikoyi branch (you can go on their Ikoyi branch's review page for that story). I admit that I am particular about how my gel polish/acrylics are taken off because I actually like having my long healthy nails. I found that if I don't soak it in the acetone for too long that the solution doesn't destroy my nails. So when I go to my usual nail salon to take off my polish/nails, the nail technician follows my method and at the end of the day I get to keep my long healthy nails (they don't break afterwards either). I recently moved to Lekki and have had a decent experience at the Lekki branch before (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) so I decided to go there for their acrylics removal service. They brought a table to do it for me at the entrance despite me having booked an appointment, no problem! I told the technician that I don't like soaking my nails for too long. He sighed at me in irritation, brought the acetone and left me to dip it in for about 10mins. Of course I took my nails out when I felt they had been in for too long and told him he can use the nail pusher tool to peel/scratch it off that I didn't mind. The technician then decided that he was done with me and disappeared 'to get the nail pusher' never to be seen again. After 10mins of waiting in frustration, I asked another technician for the tool so that I could take it off myself. He ended up taking it off for me in a half-hearted manner and then sent me off without bothering to lightly buff it or put nail strengthening polish (the usual standard in any serious nail salon). The finished result is attached. The whole experience reminded me of the hair salon experience where the hair dresser doesn't bother treating your natural hair with care and then snidely remarks that you should put relaxer in it. Side thought: I don't know how their rating is so high considering that basically all my friends have had bad experiences here.

Highly recommended for all nail treatments for both women and men. Appointments required. Serene and clean environment. Covid restrictions apply. Polite and professional technicians. Complimentary Refreshments served with each visit.

Possibly the best nail service I've gotten in Lagos. They're thorough, especially in these Covid times and they're professional. My first visit was a birthday treat and I had to go back because I was more than impressed! Kudos to the team. Ps. I totally enjoy the ginger tea 🍵. You should have a cup of you love ginger tea like me 😊
