They need to step up on maintenance and good customer relations. The customer care experience was below par. It was like they didn't have an idea what to do and they were also not ready to make sure everything was fine with us. Had to call an engineer and manager before we could have the AC or water on. All this was after enquiries and payment had been made. The TV didn't work. The bathroom was visibly dirty. The room was mostly dusty. The curtains were visibly dirty.

Quite cool and always neat. Contains an executive swimming pool, a restaurant and an event hall.

The event Hall is not spacious enough, it can approximately accommodate 200 to 300 people at a time
