I went for a house party sometime last year (i think it was towards the end of September)after the house party i spent a night there. The apartment location is not visible on the map so i would advise you use the map to get to the street first and then locate the apartment with the house number. The apartment is really cosy however i wish there was a kitchen. I stayed at the one room apartment. Comfortable parlour, big room, neat bathroom. .(one thing that caught my eyes was the balcony, it has this refreshing feel) the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I can't really say much about their services but from the little i experienced it was satisfying. Lastly, what you see on booking.com or any other website (room pictures) is what you get in real life😎 no scam
