The Rivers State Primary Health Care Management Board, has relocated from Rumuepirikon to Chief P.G Warmate House, Port Harcourt Aba Express Way, by Waterlines Junction. It is responsible for the management of Primary Health issues in Rivers State, which includes staff recruitment, promotion, management of health centres and formulation of policies and programmes for the Primary Health Care system in the state. Its new location along Aba Road is opposite the Dominion motor park, at Waterlines Bus Stop and also shares a fence with the Rivers State Transport Company (RTC).
