Very affordable - suitable for a traveler on low budget and looking for a good bed to sleep on. Not far from the LAUTECH campus or the main town. Easy to get direction to the place for a first timer (apparently, a popular place in the area). If not mobile, it is best accessible by a commercial bike. It's a students' residents area and so, easy to find a bike all the time (maybe a different thing during holidays when students might not be very much around). The service is very basic, and I guess is okay for the price. There was only one bedside wall socket to plug my things. I didn't have a problem disconnecting the TV and refrigerator to gain two more wall sockets to charge my PC and other things, though. Had a problem with power going out in those two sockets and the AC occasionally, perhaps when they switch from the phcn power grid to the backup power generator. But the bedside socket and ceiling fan had power all the time. Bathroom shower wasn't working too but the taps were fine. Staff is an extremely low number. Had no problem with that anyway, because it didn't seem like there were many other guests around.

It was a low budget hotel. Situated at Lautech. Good for post graduate students for exams and revision period.
