Outstanding Customer Services!!!.
There wasn't a need for lodging until 9pm Friday night. Called Akwaaba to confirm availability and boom calls started flying in, Front desk, Manager even MD. Coming from Lagos and not conversant with Ibadan, the manager took it upon himself to wait at the junction for us. checked us in and went extra miles in making sure we are comfortable even after his close of work. we got an upgrade as well. Good ambience, Professional Team, Friendly Housekeeper. I look forward to spending more nights in Akwaaba Innovations.
Quite courteous staff I must admit but the accommodation itself leaves so much to be desired in spite of seemingly glowing reviews online.
The rooms are completely mosquito infested and it looks like they're aware and doing nothing about it. There's mosquito blood on the white sheets, curtains etc left by previous occupants. Intercom wasn't working neither.
They attend to me well, they also have modern days facilities
It's a calm place to spend the night.
