I like Viva Cinemas, there is something special about this particular one at "The Palms Ibadan". First, it feels like you are stepping into an 'underground'. Next, it's so cute! The reception area, it just feels so private that you are looking forward to the movie you want to watch. The members of Staff are so friendly and courteous. It is also peaceful and serene for a cinema Theatre.
It was really good , it was quite cold too and the sound system was weird
But I really enjoyed it
Well organised..good and polite services. With variety of films providing choice and alternatives
It was really nice but they need to put more butter to their popcorn.
The cinema is cool. The customer service needs to be more friendly and receptive
