Gigantic edifice!!! with comprehensive standard library organogram. The library is made up of 4 departments that are further divided into sections, namely: The administrative that carries out all managerial roles in the library The Technical -in charge of acquisition, cataloguing and classification as well as binding of Library collections. The readers- this department is divided into 4 sections, namely: science and technology, children section, humanities, reference and a serial section where they have newspapers, magazine and journals. The disable department for the blind. The Library also has an I.C.T hub and conference centre.

A befitting library! The State library Complex is a huge edifice built more than a decade ago and it has been of immense help to the populace. It is a place for academic activities as well as other related engagements. Meetings and social events also takes place here. The location of the library is excellent and the facilities are adequate. The staff are helpful.

It has space, the environment is good, easy to locate, not a bad environment to read/study

It’s not well maintained. Dirty chairs and tables; fallen ceilings and bag shelf not designed to keep items safe.
