I went to peace mass transit to pick up a parcel sent to me from Abuja. The station manager was very helpful... He was with me calling and trying to clarify before giving me my goods... The situation was complicated. I ordered something on line from a whats app link. The person selling had traveled out of the country. She got the goods from her office and had the office send the goods to me via peace mass transit... She sent the good to her husband who demurred and said the goods should be sent to his secretary. I went to pick the goods up only to discover they the name on the package was strange. I saw my goods but, they did not carry my name... We had to do some back and forth between the Abuja office, the seller who is abroad and the husband. Throughout all this the station manager showed decorum and was rather helpful. He did not want to give me a hard time he explained that he was just following orders... I finally got my goods and I know for certain that peace mass will never misdeliver any goods if they keep up this standard.

Their vehicles are very good with a/c and you can also charge your phones at every seat.

Peace mass transit need to upgrade their services. There busses do leave late in the morning. They should be leaving at most 7pm especially for long distance journey. They need to improve on this

Quite ok. The drivers here however need to learn customer relationship management

The passenger's seating arrangement is not encouraging at all. It's like this from front to back: 1-4-3-3-4 people shouldn't seat like that under this prevailing Covid-19
