Office of Globalcom where you can lodge complaints and get all issue's relating to your glo sim card.

Slow customer service. You can spend a whole day for just a little services, like sim swap or any issue. Glo should recruit more male staff instead because some girls staff always busy talking and chewing gums.

Courteous staffs, slow service delivery. You can spend the whole fo your day here while trying to resolve some issues on your line.

A little quick customer service but it takes a long time for your issue to be resolved. Very few parking spaces because of its location. I think glo should get a better location maybe in ring road
