This hotel or motel, heard it was built in the 70s, I'm actually impressed by that fact, the rooms are okay but needs alot of cleaning, and scrubbing, there is so much that is wrong with the hotel but it's more like bad management. The structure is still bam despite the years it has stood. It's located close to University cottage hospital which is convenient for me. It's just an okay place, till it's cleaned up. 😁

This is an old motel with a big events hall that can seat more than 500 guests comfortably. The parking isn't too big though so large events would have to make arrangements for extra parking nearby (perhaps by the roadside) with extra security hands to ensure parked cars are secured. The road network leading to the motel is fairly ok.
