The Head office that oversee the world bank assisted project in Ibadan city. Accessable to those with stairs impediment but interior has no such facility.

It's very difficult to identify the office for many reasons. The building looks like some hotel because there is no serious sign to depict that it's the flood management office and the building is situated outside the state Secretariat where offices of such nature is found.
