A big research institute with different departments from which to learn from. It covers different areas or aspects you can learn from, be it animals(like rabbit rearing, snail rearing etc) or plants ( like trees which have been named botanically). They have a biotechnology lab as well. Also they deal in forestry products like production of furniture, processing of forest products like locust beans and so on. Also they have a department which deals with soil science. I did my Siwes here and I gained knowledge for the short time spent there. It’s a good place for learning and gaining experience.

This is the Most Tremendous Forestry Institute in the Entire State of Oyo Dealing with the Researchings of Forest Plants, Seedlings, Trees and Cultivation.
