Afrimash

Afrimash is horrible when buying your Farm Supplies in Nigeria. Please read my story before placing an order with Afrimash to avert heart attack. Worst experience ever in 6 years of poultry business. I made an order for 1500 Point Of Lay birds, it took them days to write an invoice and after the invoice was raised price was changed three different times. Second story, the day I was to receive the birds, I got a call from a lady saying their logistic gave a wrong quote for delivery so new increment of #50,000. I agreed and made paid the payment. Third story, was on the new date they promised to deliver was a no show. We waited the whole day, I was forced to call them later and she presented a fresh story of failure: (saying the birds they wanted to supply had finished and she was unable to get more birds to my farm), claiming what they have was more expensive and requested an additional #250,000. At that point, I called for a refund, she promised to reply within an hour but an hour turned two. I called again and she politely apologized. I gave them the last chance but they also failed. Final story, they later delivered sick and under age birds (see pictures), claiming this is the correct size and body weight for a 14 weeks Point Of Lay. We finally got the Police involved, their delivery guy and truck was detained. And after unending conversation refund was reluctantly made. Thank goodness!

I will give a 2 star because Afrimash as a company have been good in terms of the things I have needed but there is a particular vendor, LEVITATE FARM (SPECIAL MAXI) from Ijebu that sells fingerlings, watchout from that seller. He is fraud, he will always do something to manipulate ones order, I now built my farms hatchery because of the way he frustrated us and all the time, he will come at Afrimash back to manipulate himself, not us to get orders from him. Please Afrimash, do without that vendor he will give your company a bad name.
