This might be a good laboratory but administratively this is poorly organised. Test results are not delivered as at when due. A few of the staff simply are not up to the task, arguing and insulting customers at will. Tests especially as it concerns COVID -19 is the bane of this organisation. It is either, the result don't come on time or there will be a mistake on the print out. Everything is in a mess and a general overhaul of the organisation will suffice.
One of the best medical diagnostic laboratories in Nigeria. Parking space is limited but is wheel chair accessible. The entrance is not exactly easily wheel chair accessible but is wheel chair accessible if aided. Security staff are at standby to assist with this as well as with parking.
Staff are courteous and polite. The interior could do with more lighting. The exterior walls of the building could do with a regular coat of paint as the premises is located to a well travelled highway.
Cash, Debit and credit card modes of payment are accepted here. Online transfers too are accepted.
Mind you, some tests take more than 24 hours as the samples are sent down to Lagos for analysis.
All in all, a highly recommended laboratory for one's medical needs.
